Travel Guidance Effective May 15 and Reimbursement Requirements

For travel that begins May 15, 2021 or later, Harvard faculty, staff and students must follow specific travel guidance. See complete travel guidance on the Harvard University website's COVID-19 Information page. 

Harvard faculty, staff, and students must either submit a completed vaccination attestation form or a letter from the Office of the Vice Provost for International Affairs approving a petition when submitting a travel reimbursement request.
