In an effort to enhance paperless communications, Strategic Procurement is mailing letters to vendors who do not have an email address listed in the Oracle vendor master. Vendors will receive a letter in which they will be asked to provide their email address via a form at procurement.harvard.edu. Stay tuned for further updates. If you are contacted directly by a vendor, please let them know that the request is legitimate and they may reach out to us at vendorsetup_ufs@harvard.edu with any questions
