Financial Administration (FAD) 2014/2015 Winter Recess Schedule

The University will be in recess from 12:00 pm Wednesday, December 24 until Friday, January 2, 2015.  Please review the following for special processing deadlines, cutoff dates, and system and support availability, leading up to and throughout the winter break.

  • Financial and Sponsored systems/applications will be available during winter recess; however, transactions will not be posted to the General Ledger, or refreshed into the CREW and DWCENPRD ad hoc reporting environments, and the HUIT Support Center (617-496-2001) and FAD staff will be unavailable...

Holiday Schedule Issue - Coming Soon!

Student Information System (SIS) Program Hits First Milestone

The Student Information System (SIS) Program is pleased to announce that on Monday, November 24th, we released the first phase of the program, which includes the processing of new admits in the new expanded file format. We processed four New Admit files in the first week after go-live.

December Updates for Electronic Submission Tracking and Reporting (ESTR)

The December release of changes to ESTR takes place on Thursday, December 18 between 6:00 and 7:00 pm. 

This release is focused on updating available reports and transitioning them to the appropriate areas of the system. Minor bug fixes are also included in this release. Among these updates, you will see the following changes:

  • Updates to the way ADAMS and ESTR communicate along with enhancements to how Data Security Level is recorded in ESTR.
