We are excited to announce the successful implementation of Campus Solutions Admissions at the Harvard Chan School of Public Health.  Key deliverables of this project have been:

  • Interface between the School of Public Health Application System (SOPHAS) and Campus Solutions (my.harvard).  Data on this interface includes students background information, prior education, work experience, referrals, and test scores.

my.harvard Monthly System Maintenance

December 8, 2016

On the weekend of December 17-18th, my.harvard will undergo mandatory system maintenance. The maintenance window is determined by the vendor who hosts our servers. Each maintenance period is quoted for 7 pm Saturday - 7 pm Sunday, though most times the system is available much sooner.

Both OBI and ODS will not refresh Sunday morning. However, reports will continue to be available with the data from Saturday morning’s refresh. Both processes will resume again on Monday morning at 4 am and 6 am respectively.

Reporting in my.harvard – Data analysis and visualization now in beta

We are excited to announce that new student and class dashboards are now available in beta for specific user groups in the my.harvard community; for example Department Administrators or Faculty. These new dashboards feature improved visualization of data in charts and graphs, making high-level student and class data more accessible than ever. The reports allow you to view students’ bio demographic information, enrollments, career, program, and plan. my.harvard Updates

Grading began in the first week of May, and for this grading cycle, the my.harvard team released an important new feature that allows faculty to enter grades early for students who are expected to graduate later this month. Additionally, the Operational Data Store, an application that allows for simplified interfacing with my.harvard data, now contains class and bio/demo data, allowing users to more easily extract data from the system. Program Updates: 

Last month, course data for all Wave 2 schools (GSD, HGSE, HKS, and Chan) were successfully converted into an administrative production space - a major milestone toward the release of the course catalog to students, faculty, staff, and the public in June 2016! The completion of this milestone means that administrators at all Wave 2 schools are now able to work behind the scenes in my.harvard to build next year’s course catalog.

my.harvard Weekend Outage and Support Opportunities
