ESTR will be offline for upgrades beginning Friday, January 27 at 6:00 pm ET until the afternoon of Saturday, January 28. This upgrade will include a whole new look, new features, bug fixes, and site speed enhancements. The IRB team just completed ESTR updates as part of a comprehensive June upgrade. Over the next 12 months, ESTR enhancement releases and upgrades are scheduled to occur after regular business hours (Eastern Time) in December 2016 and June 2017. These releases generally include vendor-provided updates, along with enhancements requested by the IRB community and bug fixes. Over the year, some minor configuration updates may also occur.
