HART Self-Service Office Hours
In addition to the training, users can, once they start working in HART on their own analyses, reports, and dashboards, attend weekly Office Hours. Before enrolling in an Office Hours session, you will need to complete our HART Self-Service Reporting Support Form, where you can indicate which tool you are working with and a summary of the problem you are trying to solve. After submitting a form, this will generate a Help Desk Ticket that will come directly to our team, and we will then enroll you in the appropriate session. The link for Office Hours on the training calendar will bring you directly to the Form; see also the link the Additional Resources for HART section of this article.
Please send any questions about the training to our team at huit-ats-hart-help@harvard.edu.
