A new Agreement between the University and HUCTW was ratified on November 10, 2021. One provision of the agreement allows members to convert regular sick time used between April 1, 2020 – May 27, 2021 to MA COVID-19 Sick Time. Members must complete the HUCTW Covid Sick Form and submit it to their manager for signature no later than January 31, 2022. The signed form should then be routed to the appropriate person in the department/school to process the adjustment. The number of regular sick time hours that have been authorized for conversion should be voided and then re-entered as Excused Absence - MA COVID-19 Paid Sick. If the requested date is more than 13 months ago, a ticket should be submitted to the PeopleSoft Absence Management Team at PS_HR_Support@harvard.edu for assistance.
