Deadline to Claim a New Tax Treaty Exemption with Harvard for Calendar Year 2023

GLACIER determines if a foreign individual is possibly eligible to claim a new tax treaty exemption for 2023. Please note that the completed GLACIER submission to determine this eligibility must be received by the Nonresident Alien Tax Compliance Office no later than Friday, November 3rd, 2023.

• This deadline is necessary due to IRS annual processing requirements and the short operating month of December allowed to meet these requirements.
• Submissions received after the November 3rd deadline will only be under consideration for tax exemption beginning in 2024.
