FY21-25 Multi-Year Capital Plan (MYCP)

Please be aware of these dates:

• The FY21-25 multi-year capital plans should be submitted in CPATH by August 30^th; the data from the August 30^th MYCP submission will be pre-populated in the Multi-Year Financial Plans (MYFP) by OFSP. Adjustments can be made through October 4^th; however, the final capital spending amount reported in CPATH as of October 4^th must agree with the amounts in the MYFP.
• Please ensure the out years of the MYCP (FY24 and FY25) reflect anticipated spending; if projects are not yet identified, it is recommended that placeholders be used.
• MYCP narratives are due to CAPS by October 11^th. Narrative template will be distributed in the next few weeks. Questions will be similar to last year.
• FY21-25 Capital Plan Guidelines will be posted to the CAPS website within the next few weeks.
