Quick Tip: GL Accounting Monitoring Dashboard: Obtain a Discrete Report of Objects Based on Orgs in Your Tub

The GL Account Monitoring Dashboard provides a number of ways to review your summary actuals.  Follow these steps to obtain a discrete report of objects based on Orgs in your Tub.  Note: this tip assumes you have access to more than one Org in your school.

  1. On GL Actual Balances Page, select your Period From and Period To and Tub prompts, and check off the Display Tub, Org and Object checkboxes.  Then run your dashboard.
  2. When your results display, right-click on the Org column and add the Org Description column to the dashboard.  Then add the Object Description column to the dashboard by right-clicking on the Object column.
  3. Right-click on the Org Description column and move the column to sections.

You will now have a discrete report of Objects by Org.
