As of March 30, eVerify data will be automatically populated into PeopleSoft nightly when a new hire completes their I-9 electronically in Equifax and is eVerified. For those schools that use the Equifax electronic I-9, administrators no longer need to manually record the eVerify data into PeopleSoft. For those schools that do not use the electronic I-9, you must continue to request eVerification and update PeopleSoft as you do today. Contact I9help@harvard.edu for any questions.
Beginning May 20, the Absence Event page will no longer be available. The replacement page Maintain Absences for Admin page is already available for you to use in PeopleSoft. To help the transition, please begin using the Maintain Absences for Admin page.
