Oracle Financials will be undergoing an upgrade and will be unavailable Tuesday, April 18, from 5:00 p.m. through Monday, April 24, at 8:00 a.m.
For PeopleSoft, this means that users won’t be able to enter costing strings that do not already exist in the PeopleSoft database. During this time, you can continue to use pre-existing costing and then make any necessary updates for new costing when Oracle is back up on April 24. For the Harvard Training Portal, users will be able to register for classes that charge billing but will not be able to update incorrect billing until the GL validator is back up on April 24. If you receive an incorrect billing code email before April 18, please update before the 15th or wait until the 24th.
