The Nonresident Alien Tax Compliance and Financial Administration Policy Team will host an information session for Harvard administrators who make payments to foreign individuals and/or foreign entities on Wednesday, November 16, from 10:30 - 11:30 am.
The purpose of the session is to help Harvard administrators better understand tax and immigration compliance considerations. The session will include a brief overview of various W-8 forms, the supplier set-up and payment review process in B2P, visa and tax implications associated with the most commonly seen visas at Harvard, GLACIER’s online tax classification tool, updating GLACIER before year-end, helpful tips, and Q&A.
