PCard is moving to Concur!

We are excited to announce that the PCard process is moving from the Settlement System to Concur in February 2023!

Why the change?

To introduce:

  • Fully electronic, automated workflow
  • Mobile capabilities
  • Ability to attach and retain digital receipts
  • Systematized business/audit rules reflecting our PCard policy

Who will be affected?

Purchasing cardholders, reviewers, and local administrators.

What’s going to change?

As a PCardholder, your transactions will automatically flow into Concur, which will allow you to add receipts, business purpose, and allocation prior to monthly submission for approval. Upon submission PCard statement reports are routed for approval with system generated email reminders available to ensure timely approval.

We will be in touch over the coming months regarding timeline training plans, office hours, and available resources to assist you with the transition.
