PCard Sweep Update

Due to the Fixed Asset close, the July 21^st sweep  (containing transactions from July 1 – July 7) will be moved to July 28^th, and the July 28^th sweep (containing transactions from July 8 - July 14) will be moved to July 29^th.

This change has been requested by FAR (Financial Accounting and Reporting) to accommodate the JUN-16 Fixed Asset close which is occurring on the morning of July 28th.   Moving the July 21^st sweep to the afternoon of July 28^th and the July 28^th sweep to July 29^th will enable all July PCard asset transactions to be placed into Oracle Fixed Assets in the correct period (JUL-16).
