Policy change to allow exempt employees to accrue PTO while on Short Term Disability or Paid Family Medical Leave.
As of 7/15/23 exempt employees will begin accruing vacation, sick, personal, and longer service vacation while on short term disability and paid family leave. Accruals will be on a go forward basis, employees on leave prior to 7/15 will not accrue for prior months. Please send all questions to your leave coordinator.
The Absence Balance Report and Absence Balance Summary Report
As of 6/29/23, the Absence Balance report and Absence Balance Summary report will include exempt temp employees. If you need the balance prior to 6/29/23, please use the Absence Balance page.
