In order to process the high volume of employee records with expected end-dates of June 30 and July 1, the following adjustments will be made to the auto-term processing schedule:
- June 30 end dates will be processed starting at 2pm on Sunday, June 25th. Needed reappointments should be updated before Saturday, June 24th.
- July 1 end dates will be processed starting at 5pm on July 1st. Needed reappointments must be processed before Saturday, July 1st.If you’d like to easily view and/or update EEs with an appointment end date, please use the Term Appointment Extract/Upload/Inquiry process, which can be found under Harvard Processes > Extracts/Uploads.
