Harvard Human Resources and Central Payroll are offering several training sessions to review the Policy on Employment Outside of Massachusetts and the process, if approved to work remotely, for allocating an employee’s time to comply with state tax reporting and withholding requirements.
Training topics include:
- An overview of the Policy on Employment Outside of Massachusetts (domestic or international).
- An overview of the Business Expense Reimbursement Policy on work-related travel to campus.
- An overview of employee roles and responsibilities (for the specified audience), if approved to work in Harvard, registered payroll states other than Massachusetts.
- The steps to complete and maintain PeopleSoft data, including a PeopleSoft demonstration.
- Time for Q&A.
