BCD has reduced their travel agent fees. Using BCD, or one of Harvard’s other preferred travel agencies for Harvard business allows travelers to work with agents who are familiar with Harvard’s travel policies, and take advantage of University discounts and other negotiated pricing which may include full refundable fares for certain frequently traveled city-pairs, as well as other added value features such as preferred seating and priority boarding and re-accommodation with Harvard’s airline partners. In addition, travelers have access to 24/7 assistance should something while traveling.
