This article includes the latest updates for the following sub-set of Research Administration & Compliance Systems: GMAS, ESTR-IRB, Agreements-DUA, Data Safety, OAIR, and ECRT.
GMAS
The next GMAS release will be available on Monday, February 27, 2023. The focus of this release is to provide visibility into the subagreement/subamendment workflow. Enhancements include:

A new subagreement and subamendment workflow which supports:
- the ability to request a draft in the system
- visibility into the workflow that shows the current and historical state of the draft
- ability to communicate back and forth in the subagreement/subamendment workflow
- A new sub dashboard that will show a full list of all subagreements and subamendments in process.
- Conversion of the sub at no additional cost request to the new GMAS screen format.
- An expand on the request list screen to show subrecipient records that were created within the requests.
- Ability to opt into or out of notifications related to subagreements and subamendments at both the agreement level and at the person portfolio level.
- Ability to categorize request and segment documents uploaded and associate them with a particular subagreement id.
- A new view from the sub home page to show all documents uploaded in request and segment repositories that have been categorized and associated to the subagreement id.
- An "Email this page" link available from the segment homepage.

ESTR-IRB, Agreements-DUA, Data Safety, and OAIR
ESTR-IRB, Agreements-DUA, Data Safety, and OAIR were updated in December. Please visit the Research Administration and Compliance Systems support site for detailed release notes (pdf) and helpful application guidance. Some highlights from the December updates:
- Agreements-DUA and Data Safety allows for linking records to relevant funding during review.
- OAIR includes enhanced background functions and activities for reviewers.
- ESTR-IRB includes minor fixes to address background functions.
