Research Administration and Compliance Reporting
A new Research Administration and Compliance (RACR) landing page and three new executive dashboards are now available in the HART system.
These exciting new views include:

ESTR-IRB, Agreements-DUA, Data Safety, and OAIR
OAIR, ESTR-IRB, Agreements-DUA, and Data Safety were updated successfully in December.
Some highlights:
- ESTR-IRB, Agreements-DUA, and Data Safety: Improvements have been made to enhance workspace warnings and alerts and provide more context on related projects.
- Data Safety: Additional tracking measures were implemented to support ancillary reviews and ensure PI attestation for using regulated data.
- OAIR: Updates to workspace warnings and alerts.

GMAS
GMAS has a release coming in Winter 2024. A finalized date as well as related documentation and outage information will be provided in the article published next month. This information will also be communicated through the GMAS news section. This release is in support of the continued conversion of GMAS screens to the newer look and feel. Screens related to request signatures as well as to some of the requests categorized as "Changes to existing segment" are being updated to the new GMAS interface.
Benefits of the release include:
- Screens related to locking and routing signatures will be merged and converted to the new GMAS interface.
- The ability to set different signatures across different request types on the same project will be included.
- The ability to notify required signatories that their signature is still missing will be added to request signatures.

Several “changes to existing segment” requests will be converted to the new GMAS interface:
- Pre-award expenditures
- Carryforward
- No-cost extension
- Interfaculty involvement at no additional cost
- Change PI
- Early termination
