GMAS
GMAS will be unavailable starting Thursday May 18th at 6pm. The system will be available again at the start of business on Friday. This release is in support of providing a new ability to communicate directly in the application, further enhancements and bug fixes related to subagreements, and continued work on technical upgrades. ESTR-IRB, Agreements-DUA, Data Safety, and OAIR
Summer System Update
Planned The support team is planning a suite-wide update to ESTR-IRB, Agreements-DUA, Data Safety, and OAIR in the summer. Please visit the Research Administration and Compliance Systems support site (system information) for helpful application guidance, system outage information, and detailed release notes when available.
System Support Office Hours
The support team offers 30-minute informational sessions, covering general system information, key changes associated with the upgrade, and answers to your questions. Visit the System Support Office Hours Booking page to register for a session.
Research Administration Portal
Research Administration Portal 2.0 will be available on May 25.
Some highlights of the release include:
- Ability for grant managers to view their researchers' To Do list and portfolio
- Additional GMAS To Dos for grant managers and department administrators
- Option for grant managers to send To Do reminders to their researchers.
