Important dates for the FY20 Q4 Project Statements and FY20 Annual Statements:
- Review Period: September 1, 2020 to September 21, 2020
- Certification Period: September 22, 2020 to October 21, 2020
- All FY 20 Certifications are DUE October 21, 2020
Important dates for the FY21 Q1 Project Statements:
- Review Period: October 27, 2020 – November 16, 2020
- Certification Period: November 17, 2020 December 16, 2020
- All FY21 Q1 Certifications are DUE December 16, 2020
GMAS
GMAS has an upcoming major release (1_55) and will be unavailable starting on Friday, Oct 16, 2020 at 7pm. The application will be available start of business on Monday, October 19, 2020. The changes include restricting edit of faculty on research teams to central roles, along with a few International Collaboration and Activities enhancements and bug fixes. We will also be completing some technical work that weekend.

ESTR-IRB
The ESTR support team announces its fall release for October 23. This configuration release brings minor enhancements to support the review process in an increasingly integrated environment.
ESTR-IRB will be unavailable from Friday, October 23 at 5:00 PM until Monday, October 26 at 5:00 AM to allow for system updates.
