ESTR-IRB, Agreements-DUA, Data Safety, and OAIR
Special Maintenance Schedule
ESTR-IRB, Agreements-DUA, Data Safety, and OAIR will have special maintenance outages each Saturday and Sunday: 7:00pm ET to 11:00pm ET until mid-November 2022.
Office Hours
The system support team holds office hours Tuesday and Thursday each week. Register for a one-on-one, 30-minute session covering general system information and answers to your questions:
- Visit the ESTR-IRB, Agreements-DUA, Data Safety, OAIR - System support office hours booking page.
- Choose a time. Available times (not already booked) will display for 30-minute increments.
- Share your name and email.
- Click "Book" at the bottom of the page.
After completing the steps above, you will receive a confirmation email/calendar invitation reserving the time.

Research Administration Portal
The Research Administration Portal was updated on October 5th. Some highlights of the recent update include:
- Researchers are now able to select delegates who can view their To Do items and project information.
- The To Do List includes incomplete courses from the Harvard Training Portal.
- Researchers are able to access their Other Support and Activities report from the Portal.

FY22 Q4 project statements and FY22 Annual statements important dates:
- Review period: 8/31/22 to 9/20/22
- Certification period: 9/21/22 to 10/20/22 All FY22 Annual and FY22 Q4 Project
Certifications are DUE October 20, 2022.
FY23 Q1 project statements important dates:
- Review period: 10/25/2022 to 11/14/2022
- Certification period: 11/15/2022 to 12/15/2022
All FY23 Q1 Project Certifications are DUE December 15, 2022.

GMAS
