Revised AP & Supplier Onboarding Support Opportunities

As of March 1, 2022, the following AP & Supplier support opportunities are now available:

  • Office Hours now include Accounts Payable & Supplier Onboarding support twice per week. Get live help from the B2P & AP Teams on questions related to supplier onboarding, requisition, and payables processes twice per week.
    • Tuesdays & Thursdays 10-11AM
    • Visit the B2P support page for the meeting link to join Office Hours
  • Phone support hours have changed: live phone support is now available M-F from 11AM – 2PM

  • 24/7 Support for AP and the Supplier Portal is also available through the B2P Training Page through existing Quick Reference Guides & FAQs.
