Upcoming July System Outage for Oracle EBS Financial Systems

Oracle EBS Financial systems will be unavailable to access from 8 AM to 12:00 PM for the Balance Forward Year End Allocation execution on Saturday, July 29, 2023.

The Oracle EBS Financial systems that will be unavailable are:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Payable Adjustment Form for Assets
  • Accounts Receivable
  • iReceivables & Collections
  • CAPS
  • Cash Management (CMRA)
  • Chart Security Maintenance Application (CSMA)
  • Chart of Accounts GL Validator
  • FedEx
  • Fixed Assets
  • General Ledger
  • GL Posted Cost Redistribution Tool (GL-PCR)
  • Web ADI
  • Web Reimbursement History Inquiry
  • iPro Requisition History Inquiry
CPATH (Capital Planning at Harvard), DMS Financial Data Warehouse, & HART reporting environments will not be impacted.
