Special Notice:
Oracle Financials will be undergoing an upgrade and will be unavailable from Tuesday, April 18, at 5:00 pm through Monday, April 24, at 8:00 am.
For PeopleSoft, this means that users won’t be able to enter costing strings that do not already exist in the PeopleSoft database. During this time, you can continue to use pre-existing costing and then make any necessary updates for new costing when Oracle is back up on Monday, April 24.
For the Harvard Training Portal, you will be able to register for classes that charge billing but will not be able to update incorrect billing until the GL validator is back up on Monday, April 24. If you receive an incorrect billing code email before Tuesday, April 18, please update before April 15th or wait until April 24th.

Time and Labor Reports:
Effective March 31st, the following reports will now be able to be run for all time and labor workgroups. A new selection criterion has been added to the run control to allow users to filter by workgroup(s).
- Unsubmitted Time Report (HUTLX008)
- TL Possible Underpay Report (HUTLX018)
Absence Approvals:
As of January 31st, absence requests are no longer being automatically approved if an employee supervisor is blank or on leave. All requests must be approved by a proxy approver via the Proxy Absence Approvals page.
