PeopleSoft Usability Enhancement for Managers for Performance Management Feedback

First of several usability changes for Performance Management. 

As part of the Performance Management process for managers, when peer feedback is submitted for an employee, it will be sorted in order of when it is received with the newest feedback displayed at the bottom of the grid. With the new sort order, managers will be able to easily distinguish between feedback they have already reviewed, and anything that has been newly submitted. Managers can also click the grid headers to re-sort the feedback by reviewer name, comments, or date feedback submitted. This change will be available in production on February 28, 2020.
