GMAS

In support of the OAIR go live, the connections between GMAS and OAIR were turned on as of January 25, 2021. All OAIR approvals that were generated in GMAS during the week of the 18th were successfully passed along to OAIR, and the systems are now sending information about these approvals several times throughout each business day. GMAS had another release on February 10th which included:

  • A new Outside Activity and Interest Reporting (OAIR) approval screen.
  • Added message to approval screen when associated to a non-HUID person.
  • "Generated by" information on the approval list screen.
  • Ability to override the OAIR status for approvals associated to non-HUID people.
  • Non-HUID indicator on approval statuses associated to non-HUID people.

For a full list of all items included in the release (OAIR and non-OAIR related), please visit the GMAS Release 1_56.02 page of the GMAS website.
