To ensure that all necessary approvals are in place and all accounting entries are completed in time, appropriate CAPS Forms must be submitted to Central Administration by your School/Unit's Authorized Requestor through the CAPS Automated System by the dates set forth below.

A GMAS release is scheduled for the weekend of April 17, 2015. GMAS will be unavailable from 7pm on Friday, April 17 through Sunday, April 19 at 7pm.

The release will include a major technical update which will improve performance. Additionally, an integration between HMS’s Outside Activities Reporting system (OAR) and GMAS has been built.
