Schools and Units Need to Start Using the New I-9 Form Starting on January 22

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) published a new version of the I-9 Form.

This new version includes expanded instructions, the ability to add multiple preparers and a handful of changes to various fields. Example: the “Other Names Used” field is being replaced by “Other Last Names Used” to avoid possible discrimination and protect the privacy of transgender people. note: This is a writable PDF form. If using Chrome, some settings may prevent the form from displaying. ESTR Upgrade Scheduled for January 27

Citibank Corporate Card Update

As part of our ongoing efforts to support sustainability, all new corporate cardholders will receive their statements electronically.  Upon activating their card, new cardholders will need to create a profile in CitiManager to access their account and statements. Information for logging into CitiManager and creating an account can be found under the Resources Tab on the Card Services website at: http://cardservices.harvard.edu/. Citi will also send reminder e-mails prompting the cardholder to create a profile in...

Modernization of Financial Reporting (MFR) Project Update

OBI Financials Pilot
As of late November, all 14 new OBI Financials dashboards are in production and are being piloted by over 120 Pilot Users. These pilot users have been providing great feedback to their Engagement Councils, who in turn have provided this information to the MFR Finance Working Group and Project Team – there are now over 130 items that have been collated and prioritized in our backlog!
