This is a reminder that HUBS will be unavailable from 5 p.m. on Tuesday, September 18, until the start of business the next morning, Wednesday, September 19. The outage is necessary to accommodate the move of LDAP Services to the cloud. All HUBS Overnight Processes will run as usual.
HUBS will also be impacted when Harvard’s Data Warehouse (HDW) moves to the cloud between September 20-24. During this move:
- HUBS will be updated as usual on the night of Wednesday, September 19 to bring in actuals for the Reporting Applications and COA values to both Planning and Reporting from the GL/HDW.
- Between September 20 -24, actuals and COA values in HUBS will be from the end of business day on Wednesday, September 19 since the HDW will be unavailable.
- Overnight processes will resume on the night of Monday, September 24 to bring actuals and new/modified COA values into Reporting applications on Tuesday, September 25 and new/modified COA values into Planning applications on Wednesday, September 26.
