The Department of Homeland Security’s flexibility in requirements related to Form I-9 compliance and remote view of the Section 2 documents during the COVID-19 public health emergency is expected to expire in the near future. This Zoom session will give updates to the processes and procedures regarding I-9 collection and will give expanded instructions on how to assign an authorized representative to complete Section 2 of the Form I-9 on behalf of Harvard.This session will be held on Wednesday, May 27, from 11:00 am -12:00 pm.
